Solar quotes your clients can fact-check.

Most quoting tools show one flattering number. VoltMira shows three honest scenarios, computed from real sun data for the client's roof — and tells you the moment they open your proposal.

Step 01

Type the address

VoltMira pulls the real irradiance for that exact roof from PVGIS and applies the right tariff scheme for the market — automatically.

Step 02

Get three honest numbers

Pessimistic, expected, optimistic — with every assumption printed on the proposal, ready to defend at the kitchen table.

Step 03

Send the link, watch the feed

One link to the client's phone. You see opens, minutes viewed, battery toggles — and Accept lands the deal in your pipeline.

The honesty engine

One number is a sales pitch.
Three numbers is the truth.

Every VoltMira quote shows the payback under pessimistic, expected and optimistic assumptions — with every assumption printed on the proposal. Clients trust what they can verify. Trust closes roofs.

Pessimistic
6.6 years

Low sun, flat prices. −8% yield, 0.8%/yr panel degradation, zero electricity inflation. If even this number works, the deal is safe.

Expected
6.0 years

The likeliest outcome. PVGIS yield for the exact roof, 0.5%/yr degradation, 3% price inflation. The number you stand behind.

Optimistic
5.7 years

If prices keep climbing. +8% yield, 0.3%/yr degradation, 5% inflation. Shown honestly as the best case — never the headline.

When a competitor promises 4 years and you show a range with the math behind it, guess who the client believes at the kitchen table.
Tracked proposals

Know the moment
they open it.

Stop guessing when to follow up. Send a live link instead of a dead PDF — and watch what happens on the other side.

  • Opens & time viewed — “Ion opened it twice, 3 minutes each” beats “sent last Tuesday, no reply.”
  • Interaction signals — they toggled the battery on? That’s a buying question. Call about batteries.
  • Accept from the page — one tap on their phone marks the deal Won in your pipeline.
  • Frozen snapshots — the client always sees exactly what you sent, even if you edit later.

You cite the EU’s satellites.

Type the client’s address and VoltMira pulls the actual irradiance for that roof from PVGIS — the European Commission’s solar database. Bucharest is not Berlin, and a south slope is not a north one. Your numbers know the difference, and your proposal says so.

Questions installers ask

Fair questions.

Where do the solar numbers come from?+

Yearly and monthly yield come from PVGIS, the European Commission’s satellite-derived solar database, for the exact coordinates of the roof. Tariff schemes (net metering in Romania, net billing in Moldova, feed-in in Germany) are applied automatically per market. Every assumption is printed on the proposal.

Why show a pessimistic number? Won’t it scare clients?+

The opposite, in practice. Clients have heard too many perfect promises. A range with visible assumptions reads as engineering; a single rosy number reads as sales. When your worst case still beats their electricity bill, the deal defends itself.

Does it work for Moldova’s net billing?+

Yes — that’s home turf. Moldova’s low export price makes self-consumption the whole game, so the engine models it month by month, values battery storage correctly, and supports MDL display and Russian/Romanian proposals.

What does “tracked proposal” mean for my client’s privacy?+

The link records opens, time on page, and interactions with the quote itself — nothing else. No ad trackers, no profiling, EU-hosted. It’s the courtesy of knowing your quote was received, done transparently.

When can I get in?+

We’re onboarding installers in small batches so every pilot gets a personal setup call. Join the waitlist and you’ll get an invite as spots open — first 50 lock founder pricing permanently.
